Incident line · answered day or night
The evidence worth having is the same evidence that gets destroyed by cleaning up. Call first. If you can't call, send the details and a CISO calls you back.
Pick up the phone from a device you trust. Say what you saw, when, and whether any money has moved. We take it from there.
This line exists for people in trouble. Sales calls, robocalls, and solicitations to it are billed at our after-hours rate — $450 an hour, one-hour minimum — and reported to the FCC.
Until we talk
No factory resets, no reinstalling, no "cleanup" tools. What happened is written on that device; a reset erases the record of how they got in.
Not the caller, not the "bank," not the ransom note. If money has already moved, call your bank's fraud line now, then call us.
Change nothing from a phone or computer you think is compromised. Use a different device, or wait for the call.
Can't call? Send it here
This goes straight to the incident queue with a 30-minute response clock, around the clock. No account needed. Tell us your callback number, your company or household, what you saw and when, and whether any money has moved.

What happens next
1. We call you back, verify who you are, and give holding instructions.
2. We stabilize: bank and carrier calls, sensors on the affected devices, accounts locked from a clean device.
3. We find how they got in and close it. Household incidents are fixed-price — $1,500 to stabilize, $3,950 end to end. Business incidents start at $9,500 for the first 40 hours.
The yellow Under attack? tab at the bottom-right of this page opens the same form without leaving the site. Not an emergency? Start with a conversation instead.
